Its a balance of exercise, good nutrition, mindfulness and de-stressing techniques and about finding happiness and love in your life.
With all the overwhelming amount of information there is out there about how you need to train, how you need to eat, how you need to think it’s no wonder that people are left feeling confused.

So many of us get to this point at some stage of our lives and it’s often at this time where we feel so overwhelmed with what to do or even just getting started on your health journey that you end up paralysed. You may even be telling yourself “I can’t ask for help because I’m supposed to keep it together” but help is available and you shouldn’t be scared, worried or concerned to ask for it. Sometimes what you need is someone to help you find clarity, direction and know-how. A coach to help you get back to your version of wellness. Someone that helps to hold you accountable, supports you, empowers you and motivates you to feel amazing inside and out. This is where a nutrition, intuitive eating or wellness coach (that’s me) comes in.
What does a Nutrition and Wellness coach do?
A Nutrition and wellness coach looks at your life in a holistic way as it’s not always just about food consumption. This might include what you eat, how you eat it, when you eat, what your stress levels are like, how well you’re sleeping, how well you’re moving your body and I think you get the idea.
This is done in a way that supports you in establishing healthy and sustainable habits and understanding behaviours that may be getting in the way of your optimal self. It is founded on evidence-based nutrition, positive psychology methods, habit change and behaviour change models.
This is what I won’t be doing.
I am not here to be telling you what you need to do or to create a super specific meal plan that you won’t stick to because it doesn’t fit in to your lifestyle.
Instead, I will be working with you to create mini goals and plans that align with your values. I will help you make adjustments in the areas you wish to change and help you to find clarity and awareness so that you can be buzzing with energy and vibrancy for you and for your family. You will take responsibility and accountability for your health and wellness which will build your confidence and improve your overall quality of life.

8-Week Package
This is a personalised 8-week package allowing you to delve deeper into yourself. Understanding what your habits and tendencies are, and then developing the habits you want to make the changes you want to see for yourself so you’re moving towards your best self and starting your transformation. This will be achieved through tailored coaching and guidance.
The individualised package includes:
- An initial 90 minute consultation + 7 x 45minute 1-1 video/phone calls
- Handouts and activities that help you create change in your life
- Unlimited email support
- Discuss goal setting
- Discuss topics that will improve your health. These may range from nutrition, to exercise, hormones, stress, sleep, self-love and more depending on what you require.
12-week Package
The 12 week package is for the seriously committed woman who is ready to put herself first. Learn how to organise and manage your time so you have less stress, more energy and more time for you to do the things you love. Maximise your nutrition, improve your exercise habits, learn how to de-stress, sleep better and much more depending on what your wellness wants and desires are.
The individualised package includes:
- An initial 90 minute consultation + 11 x 45minute- 1hr 1-1 video/phone calls
- Handouts and activities that help you create change in your life
- Unlimited email support
- Session summary notes plus additonal prompts and resources
- Discuss goal setting
- Discuss topics that will improve your health. These may range from nutrition, to exercise, hormones, stress, sleep, self-love and more depending on what you require.

After years of struggling with diets to lose weight and feeling
helpless within my own body, I was introduced to Bella through a work

We have had 6 zoom sessions with you and the transformation in my daughter has been amazing.
She has had food issues since she was 1 years old, and over the last 16 years we have seen 3 Paediatric Gastroenterologists, many doctors and even had seeked hypnotherapy to help with her food issues. We were told by different doctors that it was either “in her head”, “she was faking her aversion to vegetables and fruit”, “she is doing it for attention” and “you just need to force her”. Over the years I tried everything. After one session with you, I’m sure you remember my screaming of joy, when during that session through your coaching she ate 1 strawberry in front of you on our zoom session.
