About Bella.B

Hey there! I’m Bella and I’m passionate about all things related to wellness. Growing up, I was always involved in some kind of sport from dancing to swimming, taekwondo, and then entered into the fitness industry where I explored all types of training. I then started to explore the world of nutrition while completing my bachelors degree. 

On this journey, I have learnt a few things. 

  • Wellness should not be defined by external or societal pressures. It should be driven by your nurturing, intuitive self 
  • We all have different views and opinions of what health means, and all opinions are valid
  • DIETING DOES NOT WORK! Despite me knowing the research, I tried, and failed, as have so many others. (there is no shame in this process, only learning and growth) 
  • My body is beautiful and amazing, regardles of what others might say or think. 
  • Its ok to put yourself first. If you fill your cup, you can serve others with the overflow. 

My mission is to help women connect to their body, to help them nourish with food, movement and positivity so they can feel full of vitality, energy and strength for themselves and for their families. 

I am a qualified Nutritionist, Intuitive eating counsellor and health and wellness coach.

I have completed a bachelors of Health Science degree (nutrition), completed my intuitive eating training with the original intuitive eating Pro’s (Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resche) and a professional certificate in health and wellness coaching with wellness coaching Australia. Additionally, I have completed cert. IV in Allied Health Assistance and a comprehensive studio Pilates qualification with Polestar Pilates. 

I believe health and wellbeing should be accessible and inclusive for all people regardless of body shape, size, age, sex, weight, gender etc. I align myself with the HAES, Health At Every Size, principles and take a holistic approach to health rather than focusing on just one element.

I am also a qualified Pilates and Fitness Instructor

I am a registered Fitness Professional through fitness Australia, and have been working in the industry for about 10 years. I am also a comprehensive studio Pilates instructor having trained with Polestar Pilates.

Pilates

I love that Pilates is a mindful movement practice that challenges your physical and psychological body at the same time. Each apparatus has something different to teach you about yourself. You'll feel amazing after your first session and it only gets better from there.

My Misison

My children and the process of motherhood have taught me so much in life. There have been a number of highs but there have also been many lows including post partum depression. My mission is to help other women, and mums, out there to nourish their WHOLE self to they can optimize their health, boost their confidence, feel more energy and find their zest for life.
